ComCo's New CCS 1561 Audio/Video System
ComCo Systems has designed and manufactured high quality Audio/Video equipment for financial and pharmacy drive-up applications over the past 40 years. The CCS 1561 is the culmination of extensive research and many years of experience in Audio/Video systems.
ComCo Systems found that other systems in the marketplace are typically difficult to install and adjust in the field and often require expensive custom cabling. ComCo Audio/Video products connect with each other using one Category 5 cable which carries all of the necessary control signals for the system. Cat 5 cable is easily built in the field by qualified technicians and is readily available from several local sources if required for an installation. The CCS 1561 allows cable runs of up to 1,000 feet – from an Operator Station, through the hub and out to a Customer unit.

The CCS1561 Operator Station uses an entirely new type of touch sensitive keypad for lane selection, volume control, camera control and mute/hold functions – there are no mechanical or membrane switches to wear or fail. Additionally, each keypad can be easily configured at the point of installation for the specific application using the supplied color inserts so that only the keys needed for lane selection and system control are active. The flexible design allows each Operator Station to serve any number of Customer Stations from one up to sixteen lanes. It is easy to connect a wireless headset or add video capability to any Operator Station.
