After implementing Lobby teller Units and a Teller Center in a strip mall branch, Dow LAFCU recognized the value of the concept. Two new branches were designed and constructed. The new branches incorporate Lobby Teller Units, Drive Thru kiosks, and point-to-point systems to member service representatives, all connected and served from the Integrated Teller Center.
The Credit Union operates totally with Tellerless Lobbies. Jeff Hendrickson, President/CEO states that the members are accepting the concept quite well.
Dow LAFCU has been voted as the 2004 NAFCU Credit Union of the Year, the first ever for a Louisiana Credit Union.
