Lobby of a new branch in Fort Smith, Arkansas for the Arkansas FCU. The ComCo LTS Series Private Video Teller Systems were incorporated in the design to provide faster service and more secure operations. Face to face two way video maintains the "personal touch" with members.
Working closely with Arkansas FCU management and architects, we developed a unique teller terminal design. The lobby service, drive-thru, and member service locations requiring processing were all integrated into one teller center at desk top height. The sit down design provides an innovative and flexible layout that increases teller efficiency and comfort.
Staffing the teller center can be optimized during peak and off peak hours. In off peak hours, two tellers can service the entire drive thru and lobby member service points. All cash functions and storage are contained within one safe environment.
The stylish lobby design provides a pleasing, inviting appearance for members. While being serviced at the Private Video Teller, the credit union's promotional message is displayed on the Pneumatic Tube System Arkansas Federal Credit Union Case Study monitor of the PVT and on other monitors within the lobby. Tellers love the new work environment and members appreciate the faster service they receive.
