Model TCS2100 Total Conferencing System and Audio Conferencing

The New TCS2100 Total Conferencing System is designed to accommodate from 1 to 4 drive-thru lanes with a wide range of possible equipment variations. The new system is the product of countless hours of research, development and extensive testing in order to bring this innovative new product to the marketplace.

The TCS2100 System is built around one of four highly advanced matrixes. Each matrix has been designed to serve the needs of our customers at a minimum cost. Begin with a very basic installation of a single 2 lane audio console channeled through a 1 x 2 audio matrix. This will provide audio service for up to 2 lanes from a single audio console. Progress upward through a wide range of possible equipment choices to a maximum installation with four 4 lane Audio/Video stations channeled through a 4 x 4 Audio Matrix and a 4 x 4 Video Matrix with an innovative new power supply providing a complete Audio/Video workplace environment for 4 Video equipped drive-thru lanes serviced by 4 customer service operators.

The TCS2100 System provides for future planning and installation without a major work over of the current equipment. An example of a basic audio installation that could provide for future expansion would be for the two 2 lane audio consoles to be channeled through a 2 x 2 Audio/Video Matrix. This forward thinking allows for the future field installation of a TVM2000 Video Module to each of the audio consoles providing video communication with 2 Video equipped drive-thru lanes. 

Additional forward planning provides for 1 to 4 lanes of Audio/Video excellence. Begin with a basic installation of a single 2 lane Audio/Video console channeled through a 2 x 2 Audio/Video Matrix which allows 1 terminal to service 2 Video equipped drive-thru lanes. This configuration of the TCS2100 System could be easily expanded to accommodate two 2 lane Audio/Video consoles allowing 2 customer service operators to service 2 Video equipped drive-thru lanes.
