Ezy-Flo Semi-Automatic

The Semi-Automatic system is designed to transport carriers from one point to as many as 7 separate locations. The Semi-Automatic systems utilize many of the same components as the standard Ezy-Flow Point-to-Point systems. The principal difference is in the choices of equipment that may be selected to be used as a “Master Station” and “Sub Stations” and the use of one or more Diverters.

Along with the many choices of different “Stations”, all of the Semi-Automatic systems also utilize combinations of either 2 or 4 position Diverters to direct the carrier to the proper Sub Station location.

Soft Delivery: Sensitive materials can be rapidly moved from point to point.

Reliability: Time proven reliability. Easy to service in the event of an outage.

Flexibility: Available in 3”, 4” & 4 ½” tube sizes.

Quiet: Powerful 120VAC blower mounts remotely to decrease noise.

Simplified Power: 120VAC, 20A service required at blower location only. Low voltage wiring between all other components in the system.

The Semi-Automatic system offers many of the same “Standard Features” and “Options” that are shown as a part of the Point-to-Point system.
